The goalie mask is hands down one of the most important and iconic creations in hockey history. From its much-maligned beginnings to its modern-day safety superiority, the goalie mask has captured the hearts of goalies and fans across the globe.

This documentary is about legendary goalies coming together to honour Jerry Wright and his contributions to the game of hockey as one of the most prolific mask makers of all time. As the first ever mask to get safety approvals, Jerry’s innovative designs allowed goalies to perform at their very best. Using their personal stories and passion for the game, the goalies will help push to get Jerry inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame as a “Builder”—which would be a first for any mask maker.
